Energy Efficiency Research and Policy
Energy Efficiency Research and Policy uncovers energy savings technologies that reduce energy use of lighting, appliances and buildings. Through market and technical research, we recommend opportunities for incentive program development and appliance standards. We develop testing plans and procedures, oversee testing, and conduct engineering analyses to understand the relationship between cost and efficiency. We apply our findings to calculate expected energy savings of specific measures and support clients in communicating findings to their stakeholders.
